We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your Black Stag Woodworking purchase. We try our best to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions to help you make the best product choice possible.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at blackstagwood@gmail.com as quickly as possible so we may get the conflict resolved. Requests must be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored.
Black Stag Woodworking gladly accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations under these conditions:
• Customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we are unable to accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
